Health | The extent to which the HSE continues to deal with non-Covid19 related health issues

To ask the Minister for Health the extent to which the HSE continues to deal with non-Covid19 related health issues in an expeditious manner including hospital admissions, homecare, outpatient appointments and admissions for urgent and necessary surgery; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
