Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth | Equality of rights and entitlements of children in family law courts

To ask the Minister for Children; Equality; Disability; Integration and Youth the extent to which he is satisfied that equality prevails in all situations affecting children whose rights and entitlements might be affected in family law courts; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
