Health | Number of rare diseases reported and diagnosed in the past five years

To ask the Minister for Health to indicate the incidents of rare diseases reported/diagnosed in this country in the past five years; the extent to which it has been found possible to offer appropriate medication within a short time; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
